hink back to when you were 5 years old imagine you are at the neighborhood park. What are the locomotor movement and non- locomotor movements that you would use. Locomotor movements include: movements where you are moving through space- running, galloping, skipping.. and non- locomotor movements include axle/ stationary, stretching, bending, turning… movements. How do early motor memories or thoughts about your childhood movements help you get in touch with your own movements as an adult? Does large motor movements play a role in your emotional well being?
