Research Methods to Identify Cultural Needs & Resources

Nuri-Robins, Lindsey, Lindsey, and Terrell (2011) provide us with some Guiding Principles that act as attitudinal benchmarks, values, and a lens for understanding interactions. These can also be used as assessments to gauge our own behaviors and interactions with others. After reviewing these in Chapter 4, what research methods could you use to identify cultural needs and resources within an organization or group?
